Roberto Díaz, a first-generation Latinx educator, is dedicated to the fight for educational equity. He has served in various educational organizations, including T.NT.P., Teach for America, City Year, and Upward Bound, as well as the United States Marine Corps. Over the past decade, he has worked as a preschool teacher, instructional coach, education manager, school site director, and community college professor.Roberto is committed to making an indelible mark on the nation's early educational system. His expertise in school leadership will allow him to create an inclusive, equitable, and academically enriching environment for both staff and students. In his own words, "I am a firm believer that the single most important attribute of a school leader is the strong relationships they build with their students, staff, and families."Roberto holds a B.A. in Political Science, an M.S. in Education, and an Ed.S. in Education Leadership.
