Contribute to and lead the creative strategy for agency presentation pitches. • Proficient at telling clients’ stories through engaging deliverables of audio and visual media with enthusiasm.• Govern digital and print production and strategy of the primary and immediate team through creative briefs and brand guidelines from ideation to final deliverable. • Proven track record of successful management and team leadership with focused time management abilities. • Demonstrate outstanding videography and expertise in directing and managing talent for broadcast TV and digital. • Fulfills duties relevant to business development, creative strategy, presentations and pitches, conceptual advertising, photo and video shoots, management of the creative department, estimating, budgeting, and reporting. • Exhibit outstanding ability to listen to clients, communicate a vision, and deliver the final product. • Mentor and inspire creatives through enthusiasm and productive problem-solving skills. • Evoke strong attention to detail and flexibility with an exceptional ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
