It was designed to produce, among other outcomes, predictable, scalable and repeatable development, delivery, and maintenance of both technical product documentation and customer, partner, and services training. Designed and developed comprehensive enablement strategies to architect and deliver role-based curriculums, learning paths, accreditations, and certifications upon which all technical product training was designed, developed and delivered.
