Serial and pre-serial project Production Planner.Directly responsible to the Logistic Manager.Within position, I cooperate directly with Customer Care, Production Planner, Supplier Care, and Warehouse colleagues on the following tasks:• SAP system checking on logistics tasks with customer care and supplier care colleagues.• Communication with customer care colleagues and providing coverage of each customer (partially directly communicating with customers of the plant).• Working on the production planning process and following the production project results. Providing better KPI’s.• Communication with supplier care colleagues and analyzing the raw material needs on a weekly basis (partially directly communicating with suppliers of the plant).• Warehouse – following raw material inbound (entrance in the plant), providing project coverage with it (material flow from WIP to production lines), and following the outcome with finished goods on the project (inbound in warehouse FG storage locations) and traceability of outgoing storage locations.• Change management activities, change management of project and EOP of the existing products.• KPI’s monitoring and providing an improvement on all fields of production planning thought SWOT and Brainstorming analyses.

Serial project Assistant Planner.Directly responsible to the Planning Coordinator and Logistic Manager.Within position, I cooperate mainly with the department of logistics and production on the following tasks:• Creating customer and production planner orders in the system, preparing it for the cutting area in the department of production.• Inbound of the used material in the system.• Providing lists with other materials for production.• Working on the production planning plans ordered by production planners, based on the capacity of lines of each project, and providing it to the projects.• Following the realisation of plans to the produstion planners.• Helping with FG products on product checking on the EOL.• KPI’s monitoring for the cutter (controlling of the department of production), and monitoring of FG inbound in warehouse stock location (controlling of the department of production, quality, and logistics).
