I’ve had the pleasure of working in Retail Operations, Online Self-help, Contact Centres, and Retail Shops with skills and experience in Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Support Knowledge Management, Technical Support, Building Relationships, Salesforce, Upland RightAnswers, and Google Drive Tools.In my current role, I’m delivering Business Changes and Continuous Improvement activities, managing central stakeholders on the needs of Customer Care (Internally & Online) and guiding Customer Care stakeholders to successfully transition and adopt to new ways of working. I am always focused on working in CI methods to the right outcome. I also manage/matrix manage a team of Development Supports. I am process-driven, progressive, supportive, and resilient. I’ve proved myself to be of value and adaptable. I’m passionate about change & support-type roles, where I can make a real difference in improving efficiency and making people happier. You’ll also learn that I’m loyal, will give feedback when needed, and very happy to share my experiences, thoughts, and ideas. Outside of work, I am very social and supportive of my family and friends. My family is diverse and I cherish that.
