My journey as a Senior Solutions Architect began with my roles as an automation engineer and full stack developer, where I honed my skills in software development and engineering. For more than a decade, I have been designing and delivering complex, innovative solutions tailored to the needs of different clients and industries. This involved a significant amount of business analysis to understand and gather requirements. I have overseen the entire architecture of the solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and testing. Specialising in ServiceNow, I have managed client serving ServiceNow instances as the platform owner, ensuring their performance, scalability, and security. Moreover, I have assisted the sales team in pre-sales activities, such as demonstrating the solutions, preparing proposals, and presenting to prospective customers. This required strong communication skills to effectively convey the benefits and features of our solutions. As a practitioner of Continuous Service Improvement and Agent of Change, I am persuasive and encouraging with colleagues, clients, and leadership using empirical evidence and a big-picture view.
