Work directly with lenders and settlement officers, to ensure timely booking of all loans, modifications, & change in terms for consumer, residential, and commercial. SME of the Loan Servicing department. Overseeing a staff of 7 employees. Responsible for testing and overseeing all system upgrades for the loan department. Work as a liaison between executive management and the loan team. Answer technical and systematic questions of the lending systems and changes related to the system. In charge of creating, compiling, and maintaining procedures related to my area of work within the Loan Servicing department.
