With the start of the new year, I am proud to begin 2023 feeling fortunate and humbled by the company I see standing in front of me today. In 2014, my ambition drove my interest towards starting my very own business venture. Over that span of time, I worked alongside two other incredibly passionate and hardworking individuals to establish our company into something I am truly honored to represent as their CEO.The experience has been absolutely remarkable. Everyday comes a new lesson, and with each lesson comes outstanding growth within not only myself, but my ability to affect and inspire those around me. What building this company from the ground up to working every second of every hour has shown me is a new perspective in life. A newfound respect for patience, a profound reverence towards great leadership, and a  renewed sense of faith in the American Dream. I’ve learned that in life, there are no shortcuts. Success is earned, never given. That hard work and dedication is only halfway the battle. Work never takes a day off, so forget what a 9-to-5 even means. And most importantly, to trust and inspire those around you who give you the strength to walk along the edge of the unknown. I believe overcoming the biggest fears in life is not meant to be a journey taken alone. It’s achieved through the courage and support of a team willing to hold each other up every step of the way.
