As a developer specialist I am considered one of the skilled members of the development team and therefore are given more responsibilities and projects. Since being promoted to specialist I have worked on four projects, the Orchid Greenhouse Collections website (public and admin), The Canal Society of Indiana website, Virtual Store, and Alliance.

The Digital Corps provides a unique on-campus job at Ball State University for undergraduate and graduate students with aspirations to work in innovative and creative fields. We also learn technical and professional skills that supplement the instruction we receive in traditional academic classes. As an apprentice I first had to spend a semester training before I was allowed to begin on any projects.

Worked in a team of fellow interns to help create web projects throughout the summer. We were able to start future projects for the company as well as modernize older services. Worked with AngularJS, Java Spring, Ionic, MySQL, Docker, and Redis.

Super Systems, Inc., based in Cincinnati, Ohio, develops and manufactures product for the thermal processing industry. Their products include probes, analyzers, flow meters, controllers, software solutions, and engineered systems. I worked as a junior software developer in a summer internship where I developed new user management software using C#, MVC3, NancyFX, JavaScript with jQuery and PHP and supported the old management system using C#.
