I Co-Founded Silt Services, LLC in 2020 and I perform the role of Director of Operations for Silt Services, LLC - a Turnkey SWPPP & Erosion Control Service provider.After an exciting few years, in February of 2023 I sold my stake in the company to pursue new ventures.

I have combined more than 10 years of Marketing experience in multiple industries with a full stack of skills and knowledge in a Digital Creative & Marketing Agency. My skills include but are not limited to: Front & Back End Wordpress Development, SEO, CRM, Copywriting, Branding, Web Analytics, and Site Security.

My responsibilities include: Copywriting, SEO Management, Social Media Management, Email Campaign Management, and Wordpress Implementation.

As a non-partisan office of the House, the Sergeants perform a variety of services. These services range from clerical duties to security on the house floor during session.

Assist in delivering blueprints to participating businesses. Ensure all parts and materials are transferred on time and correctly. Directly assist managers and key decision makers in daily requests and responsibilities.

As Crew Chief, I was responsible for working directly along side the Austin Regional manager to install and maintain all SWPP regulations mandated by the LCRA for the Sweet Water development in Bee Cave, (the Sweet Water development being one of the largest in the area). In my day to day I drove a 28' trailer with a 3 man crew. My responsibilities included oversight of the installation of all necessary controls, while supervising the use of the skid steer. As Director of Business Development I was responsible for for the overall marketing strategy, social media, as well as event coordination. I worked alongside executives on a daily basis and assisted in contract negotiations when partnering with other companies.

As a non-partisan office of the House, the Sergeants performed a variety of services. These services ranged from clerical duties to security on the house floor during session. Working this session gave me the incredible experience of working right along side our state's legislature and get a true inside look at the political world.

Assisted with creating promotional messages for the Austin apartment headquarters to attract students. Worked with head marketing director to plan events to attract new residents. Assisted in coordination of fall semester move-out/move-in process for hundreds of students. Regularly maintained helpful relationships with current and prospective residents.
