People Team Business Partner
Current- Provide HR Business Partner collaboration and HR support to the New Product Development, Corporate Affairs, Research & Development, Labs, and Soho Café teams.
- Align HR programs to business initiatives designed to improve the workplace through diversity and inclusion, continuous improvement, organizational design, talent management, and training and development.
- Implement and execute HR programs such as performance management, compensation planning, resource planning, and employee engagement.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, identify the root cause and determine the best course of action by consulting with internal and external legal counsel as needed.
- Develop proactive communications to support HR programs and maintain excellent communication with assigned groups.
- Conduct Exit Interviews and assess feedback to identify trends and improve talent retention.
