- Capacity building in the field of peace work and conflict transformation- Project management: full time course for international peace & conflict workers; online seminars; smaller tailor-made training courses- Design, conceptualization, implementation. Support to the monitoring and evaluation.- Coordination of trainers, participants, partner organizations & other departments.- Other tasks: facilitation of the global team in trauma-sensitivity; part of the working group to develop code of conduct; part of the equal treatment act team.
