working as section team leader of 2 members which responsible to some jobs such :- monthly report of BPPDAN and MAIPARK, weekly report of KARK- all regular SOA/Bordereaux reporting of all treaty programs across all COBs, all treaty types : Proportional and Non-Proportional. Experienced in Run-Off basis and Portfolio Transfer mechanism.- Monitoring facultative premium payment warranty to ensure the reinsurance protection remains in order to secure from claim rejection- coworking with Reinsurance Finance and Accounting team regarding outstanding reinsurance receivables and payables- taking part on the annual treaty renewal process such as preparing risk profile data, coordinating with regional and group office- any administration process such as Facultative RI Slip and Marine Cargo Open Cover monthly declararion to rfacultative reinsurer- ensuring alignment with Local and Group Standadd Operational Procedure- providing reinsurance consultation to technical team includes underwriting, claims, and actuary

Responsible to manage all jobs pertaining treaty reinsurance such renewal treaty, accumulation control, reinsurance treaty reporting, etc and also a minor part of facultative.Aside of that, I am responsible to take role as technical support like to create manual procedure in technical division (underwriting, reinsurance), technical auditing, etc and also extending to assess any room for improvement in technical division.

- Responsible for all things related to reinsurance process such renewal treaty, facultative placing, spreading of risk, etc.- Provide mandatory reinsurance report to OJK- Provide recommendation and analysis as well as action to improve efficiency and effectiveness flow work within Technical Division (Underwriting, Claim, Reinsurance, Actuary)- to ensure especially any related to reinsurance work process to be complied properly align with regulation such regulated by OJK, local pool / consortium, regional/group, and external long-term partner which is reinsurer

- Risk Analyzing, Arranging term and condition for incoming risk proposal to be complied with standard underwriting guidelines and limit, for all casualty and liability line product such Comprehensive General Public Liability, Product Liability, Workmen Compensation, Employer Liability.- Perform end to end underwriting administrative process from broker and agency channel.- Maintaining good relationship with broker and agent- Reporting regular production report to line manager and regional office- Handling complaint and/or inquiries from intermediaries relating in renewal policy, premium payment, policy delivery, etc.

As part of underwriting team, I responsible for some jobdesc such :- risk analyzing, accepting and rejecting for incoming proposed risks (Motor Vehicle, Property, Heavy Equipment, Marine Cargo)- providing statistical report such daily loss ratio, monthly loss ratio, statistical analyze of some insurance class based on variables which may correlate to loss ratio- verifying claim documents for technical claim liability review- developing and modifying statistical system information, in coordination with IT dept- creating revolutionary program for internal and external good services suchpolicy process management, policy typist productivity, etc- technical auditing to all of branches in our company

Managing non motor vehicle claim process include- analyzing technical liability of proposed claims- maintaining relationship with customer for good claim services- collecting and verifying related claim documents- creating claim adjustment- providing payment information progress of accepted claim to customer- maintaning good relationship with claim adjuster and other third party in related with claim handling- providing claim statistical report.

Handling motor vehicle claim process such :- maintaining client claim progress for good services- collecting and verifying claim documents- maintaining relationships with workshop and sparepart supplier- providing claim statistical report.
