1. Manage project team to execute operations project effectively and efficiently in a GMP and PPP environment. Define scope, budget and schedule for operations project. 2. Developed and Managed strong working relationship with the regional and National Sales and Services team and actively participate with sales estimates for after sales opportunities and maintenance contracts3. Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions as per SE Policies4. Develop project budget in consideration with cost optimization and reduction goals. Control cost and maximize productivity through the implementation of effective methods and third party contract negotiations. 5. Commercial Management: Ownership of project financial performance across multiples streams BMS, ICT and Nurse Call Systems. Improvement of Gross Margins and EBIT for awarded projects. Monthly financial forecasting & reporting to National and global executive management. 6. Project Planning: Planning for all relevant elements (project scoping, project scheduling & work breakdown structures, project organization, communication plan, cost management plan, risk management plan, quality plan, etc.). 7. Human Resource Management: Ensure optimal project staffing via proactive resource engagement and workload distribution. 8. Monitoring & Controlling: Continuous project monitoring & controlling through proactive troubleshooting, regular weekly or monthly reporting & reviews. Observance of all relevant internal and external guidelines such as labour laws, law on occupational safety and Australian building codes. 9. Claim and change request management, identification, evaluation, and management of measures for submission or prevention of claims and negotiations.10. Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage both internal and external stakeholders on the project. 11. Develop and implement PMI and SE project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals.
