Reported to the Chief Information Office (CIO) and managed the IT Project Portfolio, the annual portfolio budget and the projects roadmap for the next two years. Started the IT Project Management Office (PMO) and developed the PM methodology, including the project request intake, portfolio planning and governance processes. Regularly provided project portfolio updates to the IT Governance Committee and chaired the monthly portfolio meeting to discuss key updates and acquire management decisions. Managed some of the high-priority projects such as Boardroom Modernization with AV/VC Upgrades, Microsoft Exchange Online Migration and Mobile Device Security Project. Facilitated scoping meetings with executive sponsors, solution/product evaluations, vendor assessments, and contract reviews with service providers. Trained and mentored members of the PMO and provided guidance to other groups that are involved with projects.
