Led projects for architecture, testing and deployment of Optical Networking gear in global data centers; Led the Network Function Virtualization (NFV) program for the Global Network Architecture and Engineering team: development and roll out of new product line for Equinix (virtual routers and value-added services such as Firewall, SD-WAN, etc).Previously, as Technical Delivery Manager, led the delivery of a product software architecture and engineering team of 50+ members (US/Singapore), developing the company's flagship products (Equinix Cloud Exchange Fabric, Equinix Connect, Metro Connect and Internet Exchange). Played a crucial role in driving the adoption/transformation of an Agile/Scaled Scrum model. Prior to this, as Global Delivery Manager, I led the Engineering Software Platform & Services team: driving the deployment of a DevOps model (structure/organization/team) as well as building a highly-reliable, highly-available software platform for the Engineering community: providing a wide range of Services (PaaS/IaaS) to internal customers.

Led the development of a Global BI Strategy/initiative to set up and standardize Data/BI/Analytics/Data Science architecture, standards, systems, COE and governance for Santen globally. I initiated and rolled out the first 'state-of-the art' solution for Clinical Operations & Data Science. I also rolled-out multiple SaaS solutions from Envision Tech Solutions and Veeva Systems for the Global Medical Affairs division.
