I also introduced communication systems (Slack) and project management (Trello) in the company, but due to the scope of the company, it is not yet possible to fully integrate everyone into these systems.Recently added support for online payments to the system (integration with AlfaBank REST API). I had to write my own billing system over acquiring and work with them in case of failure (errors filling in card data, etc.).The whole system worked for a long time on PHP version 5.6 and only recently I transferred it to the 7.4 system (I still want to use modern packages to simplify the work).

There was a functionality for integrating the system to Amo CRM.One of the most powerful tools is the parser of new buildings by feeds of information representatives. Basically, XML feeds parsed part of the data from there, put it into our own structure and saturate the data manually for a complete picture with important details.
