Responsible for the ASML Configuration Management department in the EUV Business Line (~50 FTE), thereby managing configuration changes and driving continuous improvement in all cross-sector teams. Leading the group to drive focus from managing change towards managing configuration quality.

Build and extend the Change Specialists community (~30 FTE) to support the change process for all EUV Scanner related cross-sector projects, including the new EXE Business Line. Led the transition from deployment focus towards sustaining and continuous improvement.

Managed on ad interim basis a team of Change Specialists (~10 FTE) who are responsible for the release and enrichment of product changes. Initiated the development of the team towards an analysis role.

Build and developed a team (~20 FTE) to deploy and sustain a new change process within the EUV Business Line, specifically EUV Scanner related cross-sector projects. Led the deployment of the new change process at Wilton to support the local US Configuration Management office.

Deployed the new change process within the DUV Sustaining business line. Hired and trained a team of new Change Specialists (~10 FTE) and organized a transfer to a new line manager. Led structural improvements in process development to manage the department growth.

Deployed the new change process at the Vessel, a key production module within the EUV Source. Driven and supported the execution of engineering changes by chairing Change Control Boards. Led day-to-day improvements to support the Change Specialist competence growth and set up of the new Configuration Management department.

Responsible for New Product Introductions and material availability as supply chain representative in cross-sector development teams. Arranged logistics for installs, upgrades and shipments of the first EUV Drive Laser, a complex black box production module within the EUV Source.

Internship for my master thesis on Key Supplier Management to investigate how Essent can improve their relationship management for their key suppliers such as Original Equipment Manufacturers.
