-Provides a variety of administrative, customer service and scheduling functions. -Coordinates various aspects of client and staff onboarding, scheduling, including master scheduling, cancellations and redeployment of staff and emergency coverage for temporary staff absences.-Processes applications and referrals for client service, including preliminary screening, consent and risk management. -Provides customer service and reception functions, including complaint management, prioritization of duties, document management, memos, emails and processing a variety of reports. -Answers the telephone and email and responds to general enquiries about services directing callers to the appropriate person when necessary. -Responsible for triaging all calls and emails from stakeholders to the appropriate person. -The first point of contact for clients and community stakeholders, responding to service inquiries as assigned. -Acts as a mentor to the CSAs to ensure a high quality, customer-centred, solution-focused approach to service provision. Responsible for providing initial training and orientation to all new Customer Service Assistant’s as assigned.

To provide customers with a quick and accurate service and show sensitivity to their individual needs in the dining areas. Food Preparation and cooking the wide variety of food we offer involves using a broad range of equipment and tools. We need to produce orders to a consistently high standard and understand that quality control is vital. Cleanliness and Hygiene requires thorough training in order to maintain our high standards. Before we start, we learn to use a variety of cleaning utensils and chemical cleaning products along with the correct protective equipment.
