Responsibilities: - Lead hydrologic modeling activities. - Develop web-based decision support tools. - Lead grant proposal development.Technical skills: - ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Server, Python, R, SWAT, MODFLOW, JavaScript, ASP .NET, SQL Server, MS Access, Windows Server, LinuxCurrent/recent projects: - Built an on-line analysis tool to prioritize and evaluate water conservation efforts in the Great Lakes Basin (www.iwr.msu.edu/glwms). - Was the primary developer of an on-line data management system that allows watershed groups to generate, store, and analyze survey data to measure social indicators of water quality (www.iwr.msu.edu/sidma). - Was the primary developer of the State of Michigan's on-line water user reporting system for agriculture and industry (http://www.deq.state.mi.us/wur/). - Built a SWAT model to aid Phosphorus-reduction efforts in the Flint River Watershed. - Built SWAT models for the Saginaw Bay and Kalamazoo River Watersheds with a focus on groundwater recharge.
