Four sub-projects; Fannie Mae, Black Knight Financial Services (vendor); Internal Investor Reporting, and Other Lines of Mortgage Servicing. System of record MSP has changes to reports, screens, fields, files, and transaction layouts. Internal Investor Reporting has changes to twenty-two wrap applications, and over fifty procedures. Identified nine other business lines impacted by this project. Met with each business unit to vet out changes to their process, procedures and/or wrap applications.Project Manager for the Credit Reporting Accuracy initiative. This a process improvement project involved mapping of credit reporting agency codes back to the system of record, MSP for mortgage, and SHAW for Home Equity. Create a job aid and met with the business lines to review cause and effect they have on driving consumer credit reporting. Also this document is used for annual sign-off from all business lines for the criteria that drives credit bureau reporting.Ability to build effective high performing project teams while working in a virtual environment. Adhere to all Wells Fargo Total Project Management methodology, TPM, completing required project artifacts for each phase of the project and attending governance oversight meetings.
