My responsibility in this position is to identify, evaluate and troubleshoot technical issues that customers have related to their electronic devices, while also selling Asurion products. This position requires extensive knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and their different operating systems.

This company was contracted to provide customer service for a third party client, a stocktrading and investing app named Robinhood. The client operated their business through their own mobile app, offering their customers the ability to invest and trade stocks, options, and cryptocurrencies.I was responsible for assisting the users of Robinhood. This could entail instructing users on how to navigate the app, complete different processes within the app, and resolve any confusion or issues pertaining to the app’s usability and features. Outbound calls, emails and in-app texts were used to communicate with users. I took pride in exceeding any goals or performance benchmarks set by the client by proactively assisting up to 100 customers on a daily basis, providing them all with a positive, helpful, and determined attitude, leaving them satisfied with myself as a customer service agent and the client as a company. This position required a progressive level of training and the ability to retain new knowledge and information at a fast pace, ultimately being able to successfully regurgitate the material to customers and teammates with ease, while avoiding any errors.

I initially entered this position as an intern before earning full-time employment. The primaryrole of this position consisted of ensuring that the hardware and software of everydesktop/workstation in the call center were assembled, maintained, and operating to their fullcapabilities. Demonstrated the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Managed multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities and meeting aggressive deadlines.

Maintained a safe, clean, fun aquatic facility for families to enjoy. Supervised patrons of all ages from infant to elderly. Hosted celebrations and events held within the aquatic facilities. Instructed swim lessons and assisted in coaching local swim team. Obtained CPR/AED/First Aid/Lifeguarding certifications with the Red Cross to fulfill this role.
