Instantly tracking the perception of brands and their competitors. •Tracking and reporting what competitors are talking about, their campaigns and what they are doing on social media. •Discovering new masses, demographic profiles, interests, target audience, which channels they watch, new consumer trends and behaviors.•Providing information about the market place, brand equity and brand performance in communication with the brand.•Support other team members and carry out projects.•Preparation of data analysis about product, brand and consumer habits.•Comparing and analyzing consumer comments by brand and competitors.•Contributing to the brand's newly developed product project.•Measuring the success of campaigns, their impact on consumers, their mass access and their intention to buy them.•Identifying controversies that affect purchasing behavior or reporting significant changes and trends in an industry.•To lead research efforts to gain insights into markets and opportunities•Analyzing social media metrics for clients and identifying progress.•Preparing daily and monthly analysis reports.•Observing digital metrics and building a report on their behaviors.•Develop standard reporting and performance monitoring of digital channels.•Keeping abreast of current events and pop culture to better understand user behavior.•Creating a cohesive data-based strategy across all social networks that are aligned with the business objectives of clients.•Tracking emerging social/digital media trends and tools to determine how they can be integrated into the client’s strategies.•Researching and executing social media tools in support of clients’ social/digital media strategy and updating whenever necessary.•Traffic and performance reports.•Marketing Audit Report and insights.
