Reflecting on my time at Bob W., I’m incredibly proud of the impact we made during a period of rapid growth and transformation. When I joined, we were a lean operation with a €0 marketing budget and a single property. Over time, I had the privilege of being part of the Growth team that helped scale the company by over 50x, expanding from one market to over 10 and growing from a single property to more than 40 across multiple regions.As the marketing lead, I was fortunate to drive key initiatives that assisted in accelerating this growth. We rebranded the company to better align with our mission and vision, scaled performance marketing by utilizing AI to boost efficiency, and launched data-driven personalization projects for retention marketing.
