I am a PhD student in the field of Materials Science and Engineering. My work focuses on the ferroelectric properties of newly developed AlxSc1-xN alloys. AlxSc1-xN as a ferroelectric - is the first discovered Nitride ferroelectric with wurtzite-type crystal structure. As a CMOS compatible material, it holds a great promise to ultimately solve the problem of seamless integration of ferroelectrics in real-life devices. During my work I have gained major experience in thin-film depositions, characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction, Scanning/Transmission Electron Microscopy. I also have experience in coding platforms such as Matlab and python. Apart from work, I also like science communication, raising social awareness, mental support and volunteering events.
