On award, assisting with mobilising the proposed business system and technology by giving onsite support until the mobilisation moves to the Service Desk. Resolve problems and faults, correct malfunctions and documents results. Take action on known or complex problems, advising superiors and specialists only when their attention is required. Reporting details of all hardware/software items that have been installed and removed so that configuration management records can be updated.
