Vitró is a company born in 2017 from a group of IAE Business School graduates. It has managed to position itself as a benchmark for residential facility management, counting in its client portfolio with some of the most important towers in Argentina, managing an asset portfolio of 1 Bi USD. As co-founder I have developed the business model, MVP and growth strategies.Among my achievements, the development of the commercial proposal and the work processes of the entire structure stand out.As commercial director, I was responsible for the commercialization of the service, as well as leading the customer service team, along with the development and review of work processes, including the definition and analysis of KPIs for continuous improvement.Within the corporate group I have been responsible for the institutional relations of the company with potential partners, industry leaders, as well as suppliers, main clients and real estate developers.

Project: New Coke Unit - La Plata Refinery - YPF. Budget: $1,2 Bi USD.Member of the project management team for Argentina's largest industrial project of the moment.Negotiation, contracting, and management of contractors, suppliers, and technologists.Some of my achievements include:- Leading the project completion team on behalf of the client.- Release and delivery of units to the internal client of the Business Unit.- Analysis and negotiation of contractual claims for scope changes.- Supervision of schedules, progress, and replanning.

Responsible for the Planning and Control department, related to large investment projects in the Engineering Division.Among the due responsibilities, my tasks included coordinating a team of 30 people, in charge of scheduling and cost control, in every location where the Division was carrying through its projects. Moreover, the duties expand to preparation, management and control of the operational budget, and the administration of the Division resources.The most important projects were:- Coke Unit at the Refinery of La Plata ($1,2 Bi USD),- CCR unit at the Petrochemical Plant of La Plata ($500 MM USD),- Sulfur reduction under 50ppm of gasoline at Refinery of Luján de Cuyo ($350 MM USD).- HTG B unit at the Refinery of La Plata ($300 MM USD),- and a portfolio of other projects rated at $1 Bi USD.
