- Functioning in all work stages; starting from a brief, generating concepts andSketches, executions, presenting to the client, forming approved designs intoPrinted materials and follow up the whole production process- Attend internal online meetings with all involved departments in our sisterCompany Oxygen Egypt including production department if necessary in order toMeet the client requirements- Work on project from its earliest stages throughout to the launch- Working from a brief with a copywriter, Lead brainstorming sessions with creativeteam to generate concepts and sketches to present to the client- Visualize ideas in order to create a campaign that has an instant, positive impact onthe consumer in order to promote the product or brand being advertised, leadingto an executive communication campaign- Supervise junior designers to formulate basic layout design or to execute theneeded concepts- Attend internal meeting with all involved departments including productiondepartment if necessary in order to meet the client requirements- Review and approve proofs of printed materials developed by the team- Prepare detailed storyboards ideas style showing sequence and timing of storydevelopment for television or Radio production- Attend photo shooting sessions and printing sessions if needed to ensure therequired specs and details are obtained- Likely to work on several projects at once, and on fast paced and high demandingatmosphere- Able to work within strict budgets, estimating the time required to complete thecampaigns

- Meeting account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements ofthe brief- Interpreting the clients business needs by contributing ideas and design artwork tothe overall brief- Attend brainstorming sessions to produce new ideas and concepts- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches- Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print, with basic knowledge offinalization technicality- Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists,illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketingspecialists- Initiates pro-active ideas to serve a campaign or help to grab new accounts
