Lead a team of developers to implement a monitoring software platform solution for Clinical Samples in the Bioinformatics Pipeline. The software is instrumental in ensuring clinical result integrity and was written and architected to be extensible across many qc modalities.

Leading an SRE focused team of software engineers and DevOps engineers to best serve our patients by maintaining our clinical software pipeline.Responsible for IVD/LDT Software development efforts and maintenance. Ownership of Bioinformatics Database, as well as owning support of the Guardant Health Medical Device software in production.

Responsible for writing code that greases the wheels of a large liquid biopsy organization's clinical workflow. My main project has been writing software to implement investigational reporting that is based on the python library fastapi.

Built system regression suite for validation and verification of product through the FDA regulatory pipe. Responsible for designing customer database, for product delivery as well as automated billing. Designed automated billing system, that integrates with PostgresDB(through an in-house API) and Stripe. Also responsible for various efforts on data analysis (pandas), data ingestion (pandas), and data visualization (matplotlib, seaborn). Currently rewriting customer facing Portal in Django, with a Bootstrap front-end. Primary language is Python on an AWS stack (DynamoDB, RDS, EC2, etc.).

Responsible for starting a Natural Language Processing project to cast Sentiment Analysis on published works to validate relationships between different scientific entities. Designing fitness algorithms to further weight different papers based on journal/subject/relatedness.Built tools for post docs and PI's to test networks and validate results, mostly in Jupyter Notebooks.Mined Drug Interaction database (in XML format), to create focused version (SQLite) for augmenting directed biological networks with drugs. Lead development of High Performance Computing core for Clinical Systems Biology Lab at NSU.
