I have specialist expertise in mentoring and coaching, having worked in the field for twenty-five years. I co-founded Art of Mentoring, which is at the forefront of the use of technology and online solutions to support geographically-dispersed mentoring programs. I have developed a curriculum to educate mentors, mentees and mentoring program managers, to enable transformative mentoring experiences, establishing the Art of Mentoring Academy in 2023.I am also a qualified executive coach and mentor/coach supervisor, working with senior leaders and with coaches and mentors.I was on the Board of ISMPE (International Standards for Mentoring Programmes in Employment) before it was incorporated into the EMCC. I remain on the assessment panel for the ISMCP Award through EMCC.
