Leadership has always been a natural talent of mine, regardless of position. I strive to bring an honest, dependable, and fast-paced approach to my work environment, one that fosters the growth of the organization and builds connections with our partners. Forward progress is at the forefront of my day-to-day.While groups and organizations I have been a part of have seen success, none of it is accomplished in a silo. My understanding of collaborative efforts, sharing credit (often giving it away), and developing genuine relationships is why I fit into a variety of roles.I have been a team member in a number of organizations, led small groups through projects, managed teams for a number of years, been a supportive and active #2 for the past five years, and have also been an Executive Director for the past four years. My versatile skills, willingness to be wrong and excitement for learning make me a match for just about any industry, any organization, and any position.
