Mridul is an engineering post-graduate with 7+ years of experience across functions in manufacturing & e-commerce industry, who is currently contributing to the school education space. The first phase of post-school life was motivated by an interest in physics and led him on a pursuit of exploring mechanical machines, followed by work in corporate space. Even after working in the industry for around 5 years, the work never seemed fulfilling and this inspired towards a self explorative search for roles with much wider purpose. Ultimately, the search came to a still with the acceptance to a coveted journey of a fellowship offered by the Azim Premji Foundation. The year long period in the hills of Uttarakhand, offered a beautiful opportunity to interact with the children of a government primary school and also with the various stakeholders integrated to this learning process. Upon the closure of this mesmerizing experience with children and the quaint mountains, another chapter began with the Shiv Nadar Foundation. Currently, this new role is allowing him space to adorn the hat of a designer and a builder of an empowering Teacher Education Program with the Shiv Nadar Foundation.
