Presently working with D N Homes as a GM Projects & Project Head for the construction of DN Pallaciya residential housing projects of 17 lakhs sqft & approx ( 500 cr.) project with Mivan shuttering comprising (2B+G+30) storied & 725 flats in 6 tallest towers at Bhubaneswar.Responsibilities include managing the entire construction activity, planning, materials indenting, monitoring the progress of works & managing expenditures.Managing a team of 150 heads ,setting up & operate M-60 batching Plant ,execute 4.50 lakhs sqft double basement works & presently new aluminium formwork in progress in 3 nos towers.

I had worked with the Emami Realty Ltd from last nine years as a GM- Project from last two year prior worked as a AGM Projects in the execution of Residential building project with Aluform shuttering comprising 24 no towers of ( B + G +13 ) built on 15 acre plot. Total built up area is 25 lakhs Sq ft & total no of flats are 1233.All the flat owners are presently living in the complex.

Worked on Common Wealth Games Village Project in Delhi. The Village is spread across 30 acres of land and has 4.16 million sq. ft. of built up space. Constructed 34 towers of structure (2B +G +8 ) The total project value is 1500 crores.

Worked with UNITECH LTD. as a Project Manager in their Uniworld Township Project comprising of 75 no tower of (B+G+24 ) Developed on 100 Acre Land at New Town, Rajarhat since its inception. From February 2005 to Dec,06.at Kolkata

Worked with Essel Group (part of Zee TV ) as Sr.Project engineer for five years ( Feb.2000 to Jan.2005 ) in Essel Towers Project. The project consisted of 25 nos towers ranging (B+G+18) floor residential towers, Duplex houses, Club Building, developed on 50 acres of land .Completed the whole project from scratch including the Planning, billing and also execution of basements, superstructure, services work, finishing works upto handing over and road work inside complex
