Maintain and adapt procurement procedures as per the company policies and ISO requirements. Monitor supplier performance through the supplier evaluation form to assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.Negotiate prices, payment and delivery terms with suppliers, vendors/ freight forwarders.Update the approved suppliers list on the website and the company data-base on server.Open/keeping/maintaining project file once awarded that would include and not limited to (quotations, LPO, work orders/Cross hiring agreements, delivery notes, off hire notes, commissioning reports, Emails, correspondences, Decommissioning Reports, Invoices…etc).Preparing Purchase Requisition and placing the order with the supplier as per approved/signed BOQ received from the Operations Department.Issuing the Invoicing/Credit note requests on weekly and monthly basis as per the contract terms/whenever needed in coordination with Finance/Accounting Department.Issuing Proforma Invoices in coordination with Sales and Finance/Accounting Department.Following up the receivables with the clients in coordination with the Expediting Finance /Accounting Department.Keep maintaining the log sheets for [Clients Purchase Order, Cross Hire, Invoices, Credit Notes sheets , Pro-forma Invoice , Supplier's PO, and whatever needed as per the company policies and procedures.Checking the goods once received from the Supplier in coordination with the technical team/operation whenever needed.Issuing the Delivery Note and Off Hire Notes.Responsible for Loading and Off Loading of equipment, maintaining daily movement Report for each Job in a daily basis and cross checking the Transportation Invoice and then forwarding it to the finance department.Maintaining individual reports of all equipment and consumables which are delivered to customer site.
