My Corporate role as Head of Operations for the organization (Global Delivery Center) required me to manage large multi country and multi cultural teams to handle medium/large engagements for global customers. The key success factor was People Management – understanding their Psychology and customizing mentoring and Coaching as per the age, role and the background to integrate them to achieve all round sustained high performance. The fascinating area of psychology of “Individual People and Teams” and their productive interaction became a core strength of my corporate career. Leveraging this vast experience in industry, I embarked on a major shift in my career as a Counselling Psychologist on a full time basis.People today are not even aware about latent mental stress and the long term impact of the same. Supporting them to overcome such challenges to achieve a proper work-life balance with “Holistic Mind”, is what I intend to offer based on a combination of conventional psycho therapies combined with NLP and also other disciplines like Astrology, Reiki, Graphology, Acupressure to support a complementary and all round path to “well being”.My own Counseling Consultancy “Holistic Mind+” was born to understand the pain points of clients either in Industry or our brethren, and offer appropriate and personalized approach for their better life. Holistic Mind + specializes in “ Corporate Counselling and Coaching “, “Marriage Counselling", "Career/students counselling", "Decision Making", "General Counselling".
