As an educator over a decade ago, I counselled parents to help them understand how to bring about the best in their little ones. Of course, my personal experience with my little ones has served as a beacon in framing my responses to agitated parents.My aptitude for serving others and creating a safe space for them grew manifold as I ventured into the healthcare industry as a medical counselor where I guided numerous patients and their families through many of their challenging circumstances.As a Recruitment Consultant at Advinia and Director at Advik, my constant endeavour now is to help nourish the heart and soul of India’s healthcare system – our nurses – by providing end-to-end overseas recruitment solutions for them.
