From patient profiling to biomarker-driven trial designs, we turned mountains of molecular and real-world data into actionable insights. It was a fast-paced role that taught me how to tackle complex challenges without losing sight of the bigger picture (or the client’s goals).At Genepath DX, along with a great team, we took on the challenge of leading the development of the COVID-19 RT-PCR diagnostic kit during the height of the pandemic. We navigated regulatory hurdles, managed manufacturing logistics, and launched the product—all at record speed. It was a masterclass in problem-solving under pressure and a testament to what a focused team can achieve.Over the years, I’ve worked extensively in diagnostics, biosimilars, antibody engineering, and NGS-based research, always with a focus on delivering meaningful impact. I also have a soft spot for behavioral sciences and enjoy finding creative ways to integrate human psychology into healthcare solutions.
