Nutrition has been my passion since my teenage years, unwavering to this day. Being in the field for 20 years, I find equal excitement in modern nutritional discoveries and unraveling the traditional food wisdom. Rich indigenous knowledge remains the backbone of my nutritional decisions. Here is what you will find me engrossed in: Nutrition ConsultationBeing a core competency of my field, I specialize in wellness nutrition, sports nutrition, pediatric nutrition, geriatric nutrition. I have extensively worked in the area of pediatric nutrition and this remains my special interest. I wish to seize the opportunity that every child offers to lay a strong foundation for the health of the future generation.Content ManagementYears ago, I stumbled upon content management and fell in love with it. It was a unique experience to blend my knowledge of nutrition with marketing strategies to create evidence-based communication materials such as PELs, LBLs, DAs, Advertorials, and CMEs. My extensive experience in content management led me to collaborate with India's leading sports nutritionists to design, create, and deliver one of the popular courses on sports nutrition in India. Currently, I am assisting a philanthropic startup in creating SOPs and training materials on nutritional care of children at Child Care Institutes.
