Mridul is supporting the Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions team in North America.He assists in the underwriting of various commercial real estate (Multi-Family, Office, Retail and Industrial) in the markets of Denver, Tampa, Minneapolis and Boston.He further assists in preparation of various reports for presentation to the Investment Committee. He also analyzes the performance of the acquired property.

Mridul was working as a senior consultant with American Appraisal prior to its acquisition by Duff and Phelps. He has managed and executed a range of tangible asset valuation engagements including plant & machinery valuation and real property valuation. He has provided valuation services to various clients related to IFRS, USGAAP, IGAAP, Impairment Testing, Insurance and Strategic Decision making purposes. He has exposure towards various industries including Steel, Oil & Gas, Power, Telecom, Automobile, Metal (Copper and Aluminum), Real Estate, Mechanical Manufacturing, Plastics & Polymer, Pharma among others. He has performed many site visits in India and abroad related to valuations.He also has exposure towards Business and Intangible Asset Valuations and Financial Instruments.
