Role - BAResponsibilities:▪ Solution Design: Coordinating solution design discussions, ensuring that the proposed solutions align with business goals, best practices, and Guidewire's capabilities.▪ Stakeholder Communication: Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.▪ Agile Ceremonies: Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and define sprint goals. Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives.▪ Documentation: Creating clear and comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories, to facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams. Leading and overseeing the execution of various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing, across different Guidewire integrations.▪ Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for Guidewire applications, enhancing testing efficiency and coverage using Selenium, Java, TestNg, Maven, Jenkins and other tools.
