As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) overseeing the North, North East, and North West regions with a total employee size of 500.Onboarding and Offboarding:Develop and execute seamless onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Coordinate with various departments to facilitate effective offboarding procedures for departing employees, including exit interviews to gather feedback. Talent Management:Collaborate with leadership to identify key talent and develop strategies for their retention, development, and succession planning.Implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organization. Grievance Handling:Serve as a point of contact for employees to address grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.HR Policies:Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and organizational standards.Provide guidance and interpretation of policies to employees and managers as needed. Exit Calls:Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather insights into their reasons for leaving and identify potential areas for improvement within the organization.Performance Management System (PMS):Oversee the implementation and administration of the performance management system, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters. Learning and Development:Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop comprehensive learning and development programs.Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and competencies.
