With my undergraduate political science and graduate public administration degrees in hand, I moved to Austin in 1997 to join Deloitte Consulting's fledgling government consulting practice. I consulted for numerous federal and state agencies from EPA, NC Health & Human Services, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and Employees Retirement System of Texas.My strategy and management consulting skills were utilized in other industries beyond public sector.
