A strong, passionate research professional with a doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from Binghamton University, SUNY. Ever since high school, all that has come naturally to me is the understanding of biological sciences. Starting with making a 3D model of an amoeba in the fifth grade, testing adulteration in food products in the ninth grade to visualizing animal cells under a microscope in the 11th grade, I have always been fascinated with Science!  I am currently working as Scientist I at Hesperos Inc. Skilled in Mammalian (immortalized, primary and iPSC-derived cells) and bacterial cell culture, cell-based assay development, immunocytochemistry, confocal microscopy, TEER, and PCR. A good orator and presenter with experience presenting scientific research posters and platforms talks at biomedical engineering and nanotoxicology conferences.
