- Successfully generated stock and inventory monitoring dashboard to manage raw and packaging materials (RPM) which consist of 200+ material code for more than 50 vendors as the external maker which is divided into 4 categories sub material (primary packaging, secondary packaging, ingredients and others) that could achieve the reduction of shortage risk up to 30% by highlighted the critical findings and analysis the action plans.- Developed outbound and inbound for resin monitoring and weekly planning which aim for reducing the usage of temporary warehouse for resin storing before distributed for each plant and vendor and propose action plans through loss tree analysis which could recover loss values >100 million IDR for each week.- Created the new scheme of rejected jugs split usage whilst coordinating with new vendor that could accommodate the rejected jugs split which resulting in jugs split usage increase up to 100% with targeted split jugs selling increase up to 75% which is zero waste for jugs split (including the rejected).- Maintaining dashboard for all XWHs national which is consist of 30+ SKUs, including finish goods and materials delivering detailed reports that highlighted issue and actionable recommendations to water supply planning senior manager, material planning manager, and vendors.- Revamped a scheduling planning reports for vendors, plants, and warehouses using power BI that could enhancing visibility and insight generation. This report clarity facilitated more efficient decision making for the critical materials scheduled.

- Created 2 hybrid and 2 offline field trips to multinational oil and oil services companies for more than 120 participants for hybrid and 25 participants for offline field trips and achieved an overall division score of 3.85/4.0 for two semesters- Directed 2 career related mentoring for 20 participants which resulted in an overall division score 3.87/4.0 and impacting the participants interest in oil and gas field.- Organized four community outreaches in Jakarta with more than 20 participants in each activity that impacted in increasing society awareness to the environment.- Concepted oil and gas related workshop for 75 SPE UI SC members to gain oil and gas skillsets and knowledges.

- Organized two virtual field visits to oil companies with more than 80 participants in each visits- Organized three community outreaches in Jakarta- Organized a campaign and donation activities with 11 SPE student chapter in Java and earned more than 30 million rupiah donation which distributed for COVID-19 kits and groceries for 160 family heads and medical officers in Jakarta.- Supervised an internal competition held by SPE UI SC and IATMI SM UI which gained 14 teams of participants and impacting three winners' going to national and international competition.- Provided oil and gas skillset and knowledge for 50 SPE UI SC members through workshops on the second semester.- Responsible for creating and handling organizational research to more than 260 SPE UI SC members for virtual field trip programs which aim to find out member interest regarding the programs.- Acted as part of the steering committee for Process Engineering and Energy Days- Responsible for planning and editing the copywriting and creation of the 14 concepts for the Event division's publication in SPE UI SC's social media platforms which increase members awareness to the programs

- Person in charge of the field trip work program and execute a new system of field visit via online platform: "Middle East Virtual Field Visit" lead by Mr. Ardian Nengkoda (SPE Journal of Petroleum Technology (JPT) Editorial Committee) with more than 150 participants in each visits.- As the PIC of Smart Competition in Internal Competition, organized a new system of Smart Competition via online platform which gained 11 teams of participants.

- Analyzed the overall fluid production data weekly to achieve the maximum capacity of each equipment especially for production pipeline and separation tank and provided recommendations to decrease surface loss production opportunity (LPO) up to 40%.- Analyzed the maximum capacity of production pipeline to distribute more than 800-barrel oil per day and 0,5 MMSCFD associated gas.- Evaluated the maximum capacity of separation tank to separate more than 25800 barrel per day produced fluid.- Reviewed 9 parameters to obtain the maximum capability and strength of each equipment used to transport the fluid.- Planned and Improved the overall production and distribution process by quantifying the maximum limit of produced fluid that can be transported to the buyers from more than 12 production wells using accurate data and simulation software.- Categorized and managed the use, demand and safety of the surface facility that needed for production oil distribution.
