• Project Management for Optical Fiber / FTTH Network rollout.• Leading a dynamic & enthusiastic team for Enterprise customer delivery success based Last mile and Fiber rollout Civil project in various network for Delhi NCR• Network capacity planning among Optical fiber (OFC) nodes in Core, Access network to identify the scope of future OFC network expansion. • Planning, Survey and finalize new OFC rout by feasibility study like examining Soil Type, UG utilities using GPR, ROW availability etc and as per safety guidelines.• Coordinating with ROW and other utility agencies like PWD, Municipal Corporation, DDA, NHAI, IGL, ADANI, GAIL etc to get work permission by submitting DD, BG, insurance etc.• Material Management for on time Material stock availability during execution of project work• Close monitoring of day to day work progress to minimize deviation against projected day to day target.• Effective & efficient manpower management ensuring completion of work assigned within the specified budget & timeline by maintaining Safety and Quality Specifications defined by Tata Communications Ltd.• DIT test, LSPM, OTDR Trace to be checked/ monitored, for Quality assurance and H/O to Operations team. • PROW negotiation with Building Authorities for large potential building & complete Agreement sign-up to take space to buildup Point of Presence with minimum costing.• Conducting Safety Training to the Inhouse & Vendor workforce.
