 Distributing information to project team member. Bid process management.  Preparation of BOQ & bills of Material. Filling of Measurement book. Outlining the proposed work, materials and equipment required to complete assigned tasks.  Writing up cost estimates for a project.  Keeping senior project managers informed at all times.  Implementing safety programs.  Identifying issues and problems with the scope and progress of a projects.  Assist with monthly billing and receivables.  Providing administrative support.  Participating in and contributing to team meetings.  Handling multiple assignments at the same time. Supervising the day-to-day activities of site execution.  Assisting with subcontractor and vendor selection.  Communicating effectively with co-workers, clients and subcontractors.  Tracking project activities against the plan

 Preparation of Monthly Budget, Management Information System (MIS) & Client Correspondence. Preparation, submitting and processing of Client and sub-contractor’s billing as well as all the issues related to the billing. Monitoring project as a Planning Engineer. Monitoring of daily progress and weekly progress report and planning of erection works with erection staff for achieving of targets. Perform the task of site Engineer and responsible for erection and commissioning of Electrical Equipments such as 33 KV line, 11 KV line, LT cable, transformer installation and all type erection work in distribution system. Ensuring all site activities are carried out as per technical specification and quality plan. Perform the task of Estimation BOQ preparation

Knowledge of Erection, commissioning & Billing of 33/11KV feeder. Looking after execution work i.e. installation of H.T. panel transformer, LT panel, Lighting , Cable Trays, Earthing/ Lightning Protection, Cable lying. Preparing activity schedule for site works and arranging Manpower for execution. Experience in Operation & Maintenance up to 11/33 KV Feeder & S/s.  Coordination with client/consultants / vendors / subcontractors for execution of work. Experience in (33kv 5 & 3.5MVA Transformer) S/S erection & commissioning Preparation of Handing over documents like As built drawings, Operation & Maintenance Manuals Survey of Substation (33/11KV), HT and LT Lines Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 11 KV Feeder, Under Feeder Separation Program Installation of distribution transformers and LT works for segregation of domestic and agriculture consumers
