I have more than 11 years of experience in this field, working with both public and private sector clients, and applying National and International Guidelines and Standards like IFC Performance Standards, ADB and World Bank Social Safeguard Policies etc. applicable in Social Impact Assessment, Environment & Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Environmental & Social Due Diligence (ESDD). As a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, I have the skills and knowledge to produce high-quality sustainability reports using the GRI Standards 2021 updates. I am also a QCI-NABET Accredited Socio-Economic Expert (Cat- A), a SA 8000 Certified Auditor, and a trained Statistician and Demographer.
