 I was handling 650 sites as ZDM for Deployment and Estate activity. Optimization in Energy cost, identifying high Diesel consumption sites and recommending their remedy action Minimizing EB faults, facilitating in converting non-EB sites to EB sites, Rectification / Reduction in EB average bills, Conversion of rural feeder to urban feeder, Minimizing EB faults, DCEM Compliance, DG running hours compliance, Effective use of refurbished material, Ensure timely SRN and site return material to warehouse. Carrying out the Preventive & breakdown maintenance (PM) and DG servicing schedules for improving overall reliability and safety of Utility of all infra-Equipment’s as per standard process & AMC. Coordinate with SCM and Finance for AMC, Vendor payment, access issue and replacement procurement.Planning & Cost control and ensure that the operation is running on schedule and within the budget. Improving Alarm compliance to 95% of targets/Technician (Considering OVIS report) And Improvement in Maintenances standards of equipment’s audit of the OME/SME PM. Assisting in the execution of technical meetings with Operators for requirement gathering, troubleshooting of issues andmaking monthly MOM and sending this report to My Reporting Manger as well as my Infra Manger on Monthly Basis. Ensure all the technicians are having proper keys and maintain a register of handing over or taking over of keys in case anybody resigns or on long leave.
