Marketing Assistant
Current• Manage internal briefs to create all content for campaigns and promotions for all our social media channels using Canva and all video content using Vimeo. Schedule all content and posts using Hootsuite.• Use our internal insights tool Hootsuite to track performance of social media campaigns which help's measure social ROI.• Build weekly emails using Mailchimp to reach out to new customers informing of the service we provide and retargeting existing customers who are coming up for rental contract renewal.• Review channel performance using GA to analyse data and determine which marketing strategies are most effective within our social media platform and email.• Work with marketing manager to have a good understanding of how we manage our social paid marketing channels and assist in preparing reports on marketing activities, including costs, revenue generated, and customer feedback• Collecting information about customers’ demographics, interests, and buying habits to create targeted campaigns• Identify opportunities for increasing brand awareness through social media channels• Managing the company’s website by adding updated content and monitoring activity levels• Manage all customer queries using our chat function, Tawk.to.• Project to clear database of clients who successfully found a rental property, mark account as complete and send email to client.• Providing support to small team by answering phones, taking messages, and scheduling meetings.
