As one of the earliest employee and Cofounder, my key responsibilities were:* Creating the Supply Chain & Vendor management system in the new cities* Maintaining relationship with various stakeholders both on customer and vendor side.* To create & design new supply Protocols fortnightly for Yool Health subscription model.* Training the Business development executives with the latest supply & vendor management tools.* Optimizing the supply by coordinating with the operations &growth team. * Conducting daily one on one meetings with the various suppliers & solving theirs point of issue. * Has been a part in designing of the packaging of yool health products. * Spearheaded the launch of Yool Health in Pune, Indore and Gurugram.

• Customer analysis of Global Commercial Services (GCS) of corporate credit card customer trends using Python, HIVE, SQL. • Analyzed business requirements and provided end to end solution design of data metric about Risk initiated accounts using Python and HIVE. (Received recognition from Director and VP for transformation and automation) • Growth and Loss Analysis of corporate cards expenditure using Hive, SQL and Python. (Achieved 100% accuracy by automating report using Python and reduced 30 working hrs to 2 hrs per month) • In-depth analysis of incentive calculation, Target attainment and Scorecard (Performance analysis) of sales boosting attainment by 11% (Accelerated delivery of reports by automation and increased accuracy) • Automation of monthly and daily reports using Python (80% reports automated, reduced time from 80 hrs to only 6 hrs per month) • Working on Yellowbrick like new tools to make statistical calculation easier and faster. • Meeting with Business for understanding business perspective and developing use cases for delivering useful insights which can help in deciding about what products are needed to be shut and deciding new approaches.
